YoungDogs is a nonprofit organization that has been shaking up the Dutch advertising space since 1991. What began as an initiative to give young creatives access to global opportunities and learn from industry leaders, has grown into an industry-recognized platform that helps creatives launch their careers and master their craft.

As we move into 2025, we at YoungDogs have noticed that our impact has far exceeded its humble beginnings. For this reason, we are setting our sights on a bold new direction—one that redefines how we support young creative talent and challenges traditional ways of celebrating success in advertising.

Re-Introducing JongeHonden: Visibility, Education, and Access

At YoungDogs, we’re not about following the pack. We’re here to set the pace. Our mission remains rooted in three core pillars:
1. Visibility: We amplify the voices of emerging creatives, providing them with platforms that allow their work to shine and gain the recognition it deserves.

2. Education: We give practical, hands-on learning opportunities through pitches that help young talent hone their skills, all the way from client brief to receiving feedback from industry experts.

3. Access: To open the door to an essential network that can help turn dreams into big-time careers. The goal is to let them expand their network and catch potential opportunities.

Since 1991, we have been clear about our role in the Dutch creative ecosystem: to connect and support young talent as they grow from fresh beginners to accomplished professionals who lead teams and shape global brands.

With many new opportunities on the horizon, we aim to build on the legacy of those who came before us while introducing innovative ideas that will shape the future of YoungDogs for the better.
